My mission in this space is to empower high achievers to release and reframe mindsets that no longer serve you so that you can live a more aligned life. You have the potential to live a more vibrant and fulfilling life. I want to coach you on taking the necessary steps to reconnect with yourself and others, in a way that is aligned with your values, which is part of filling your cup.
Clarity: This is not counseling. Life coaching involves learning ways to remain motivated and to stay the course despite challenges. Step by step as your guide.
When life is overwhelming, you may need to take an intentional pause. Yes, I am talking about putting your mask on first, or as soon as you can based on your circumstances. As the need arises, I offer a space to plug-in and settle in as we invite a calm and supportive community space. If this is your goal, you are welcome here.
I am committed to building and empowering communities with resilient individuals who support and inspire each other to live generously and fully. I offer 1:1, group coaching, and scheduled retreats. Check back often for my special event offerings.
You may contact me if you're interested in 1:1 coaching as spots are limited. Please select the box below:

As a high achiever, you are likely familiar with boundaries. Yet they can be difficult to identify and implement. This guide was created to provide clarity and to support you in being successful with your boundaries.
There are times when you need a licensed psychotherapist (LPC, LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW to name a few). You can also visit Psychology Today or Therapy for Black Girls for other licensed counselors by location and specialty.
If you need a counselor, psychiatrist or other mental health professional, please contact one. If you are in a crisis, please seek help by calling 911 or the National Suicide Hotline 1-800-273-8255. You may also go to the nearest hospital emergency room for assistance.
