Coaches assist clients with identifying inner strengths that will assist them with achieving their personal and professional goals.
As a coach, I focus on helping you develop clarity so that you can achieve your goals with confidence. I take a collaborative approach and offer accountability when needed.
I follow Code of Ethics from the International Coaching Federation (IFC) as well as those from my state licensing board. I will personally review these with you for further clarity should you chose to become a coaching client.
I primarily offer 1:1 coaching sessions. We will make a mutual initial commitment of 12 weeks to work towards a specific outcome. Once this is accomplished, you will have the option of continuing your work with me.
I periodically offer small online group coaching sessions. If you are on my email list, you will be notified first when specialized group sessions are available.
I use an assessment process that allows us both to determine if we are a good mutual fit. You will be able to ask questions and develop a clear understanding of how working with me could help you to achieve your goals.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you and collaborate on a path that honors your strengths, challenges, and desires. If you've tried other paths and still need guidance, support, or accountability, let's have a clarity call.
*If you are a current or former therapy client, you will not be able to receive coaching services from me.
Coaches are typically nonclinical professions. According to the International Coaching Federation (IFC), the coach’s role is to support the client and help them identify goals, develop strategies, and take action to achieve those goals. Coaches do not address serious mental health issues, diagnose, or practice certain therapeutic interventions.
Licensed Counselors and Therapists have completed graduate programs and obtained licensure in the states in which they practice. Their ethics boards require stringent guidelines on how to interact with clients as well as what type of information needs to be shared, with whom, and under what circumstances. Licensed Counselors and Therapist often work with clients who been diagnosed with or meet the criteria for mental health diagnoses. Add an answer to this item.
